Our Origin Story

All great heroes have a storied past - ours may be simple, but it turned out transformational nonetheless.

Hero Care was born when a group of healthcare professionals, who themselves experienced the pains of staffing shortages, recognized that allied healthcare workers were lacking an accessible way to be deployed efficiently. Organizations were spending exorbitant amounts on agency costs and experiencing significant delays in filling critical positions. At Hero Care we believe there is a better, more ethical way.

It was obvious someone needed to bring everyone together, but in a way that required less prep, less dollars, and less paperwork. It's fair to say, if you're in this industry, you have better things to do - like, literally save lives.

So, we put the wheels in motion, building our brand, making industry connections, and creating a clean app that'll help your staffing issues in a few clicks.
